The Snowapocalypse Dec 19 2009

Here are some of the images after the December 19, 2009 event.

The first is a close up of the yew trees in the backyard covered with snow.

The second shows the yew trees hold the snow way better than the azaleas.

The third shows my shovel against the pile of snow at the west side of the driveway. I had a service do most of the shoveling and I was tired even though I had only done the sidewalk.

The next image shows the sidewalk before shoveling.

The next image shows the driveway after shoveling and after the cars were cleaned - note the bamboo behind the driveway hadn't started bending over the cars - that came later.

The next image is of the backyard as seen from our Florida room.

The last image is of the backyard as seen from near the lawn chairs.
